Junior Programs
Our junior programs start at 8u to high school. In addition to being fun, playing has many physical and mental benefits. Basketball provides a good cardiovascular workout by building endurance and increasing both speed and agility. This team sport also improves concentration and self-discipline while enhancing self-confidence.
